Kirby with Northstar arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and he quickly diagnosed the problem with the air conditioner at my church’s parsonage. Soon after this, the unit was running at full capacity and cooling the house as it should.
Kirby is extremely knowledgeable and prompt. My tankless water heater failed on a Saturday night and he was here in less than an hour to help. He has a true engineers mindset where he systematically breaks down the problem and runs through the most likely solutions until it’s fixed. Highly recommend.
I had some issues with my AC units not functioning properly. Kirby contacted me immediately and set up a time asap to come check things out. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, honest, and reliable. He was able to diagnose all of the issues on my older units (20+ years each) and was able to get everything fixed and in full working order. He went above and beyond and didn’t try to “sell” anything or charge for unnecessary repairs. I went with all of his recommendations and was provided a warranty on everything as well. He solved every issue with my gas leak and my boiler that not many peopl Work on anymore and the ones who do tend to charge an arm and leg when most of it is pretty straightforward he went above and beyond to find the problem when multiple companies only wanted to sell me new piping and a new boiler, which they probably never would’ve found the problem because Kirby had found a simple gas leak behind a wall in the joist pocket that was easily corrected and gas valve for proper feed to my boiler and told me that it would last another 10 years if kept clean With general maintenances and just when an issue is noticed to identify it and give the call before it gets worse, I couldn’t thank this company anymore! I wouldn’t go to anybody else!
Kirby and his team were OUTSTANDING. I have never seen people work as hard as his team did! We ran into lots of issues (due solely to our 100+ year home) with our HVAC upgrade and they handled it every step of the way! They even bought my mom lunch one day while she was overseeing the work. They are all-around great guys and provided step-by-step updates as well as great value! Would recommend them to everyone!

This company has been servicing all of my hvac units at my business for years. They’ve been keeping our old boiler in good shape and we finally made the investment to get it replaced. They did a beautiful job running all new copper and installed 2 new tankless water heaters. Kirby came my home to check my furnace that was having trouble heating. He found a dangerous leak in my heat exchanger. They advised us to leave it shut off and came back the next day to replace the whole furnace. They were quick to solve this which we owe them greatly for. With a problem like this they know time is of the essence because a cracked heat exchanger means it was leaking carbon monoxide for who knows how long. My family and I thanks you!

I called him at midnight because my heat wasn’t working and i have a newborn child. He was there within half an hour and fixed our issue temporarily with parts he had. The following morning he came back to my house and put the right parts in and I’ve had no problem with the heater since. He is very responsive and professional.

I've been needing a new furnace for the past yr but have been putting it off as I knew it would cost me a pretty penny. I finally broke down and called Northstar the first thing the gentalman asked me is if we had heat, which I thought was very kind .The next day Kareem came to our home . Looked at our very old furnace Explained everything to my husband and I . Answered any questions we had .Took measurements and called us the next day with a quote..The price was perfect . Within 2 days he was at our home installing a new furnace. New thermostat installed as well.Before he left he made sure absolutely everything was working and took the old unit out to be picked up .Kareem is very kind,intelligent and trustworthy. Called Northstar on a Sunday night when our heat went out…the owner offered to come over that night to try to repair…luckily it wasn’t that cold so we waited a day…owner was on site the next afternoon and got the furnace operating temporarily while he ordered parts…parts took a few days…he followed up the next day to make sure everything was still working as he knew we had young kids…great customer service. Highly recommend!
Kirby is the MAN. Him and his company came out at 3am to fix a flooded leak basement on a radiator line. In under 2 hours, we had heat by the time he left! We double double checks everything haha
